I’ve always believed movement and dance is a birthright to all humans
I approach movement from an internal impulse. using images and experiences to illicit movements, gestures, explosions from a body wanting,
poised to express itself.
The piece below was made in a day.

rehearsal studio…
Sweat, tears, blood and aching bodies.
I love to teach, explore, share, move with others.
Over the years I have developed movement workshops, both in the air and on land
that try to break the concepts of those
who think they can’t dance.
We are all dancers. I know that.
and above all, if you learn how to dance with life,
it is that much sweeter…
